Fragrance Must Have's

I've always been a huge fan of seductive fragrances.  I prefer stronger, long-lasting perfumes.  Unbeknownst to many, fragrances are classified as either perfume/parfume, eau-de-toilette, or cologne.  Parfumes are stronger than eau-de-toilettes (aka, 'toilet water') and colognes are stronger than parfumes.  Cologne is made for both men and women.  You will rarely have to apply cologne or parfume during the day.  Whereas, you'll find yourself applying eau-de-toilettes a few times per day since they aren't as concentrated as their counterparts. 

Women (and effeminite men) who only want a hint of the fragrance to be noticed on them or whose noses are sensitive may choose lighter scents.  I go for the bold parfumes that suit my true personality.  Ordinarily, I don't leave my house without putting on one of my favorites.

Jean Paul Goultier Classique


  


I originally received this parfume and matching lotion as a gift a few years ago.  I have gotten so many compliments about this scent that
it has become my top favorite.  It's the fragrance of choice when I
go on a date, especially.  If you don't mind the extra attention that

you'll get while wearing it, be sure to buy it and wear it every day.

 

Chanel No. 5



I began wearing this glorious fragrance, by Coco Chanel, years ago while living in New York.  Walking the streets of Manhattan is like being in a fashion show and I always dressed accordingly.  This is definitely a scent for the uptown girl.  It's appropriate for a classy lady with confidence.  Therefore, I will forever have a bottle in my purse, on my dresser or in my bathroom.  You too will feel like a classy diva once it hits your skin.

  

 

Cashmere Mist



I stumbled upon this soft and sultry fragrance, by Donna Karan, accidentally in 2004. I caught a wif of it on someone and found it simply irresistible. I just had to buy a bottle for myself. In my opinion, this fragrance is best suited for a very feminine woman. There isn’t anything masculine about it. It’s one of those turn on fragrances of our time.

                                            

              

  

              

Red Door

Oh I just can't say much more, about this lovely fragrance I so

adore. Mi amore. I truly am hooked on you, Red Door! This

rich scent, by Elizabeth Arden, is strong and may overwhelm a

sensitive nose, but surely not mine. It stays on all day and will turn

heads and attract any love interest. Wear it at night for the sweetest

of dreams!

Ah, the memories that Obsession, by Calvin Klein, brings back.  I fell so

deeply in love with it in 1992 when I was living on campus at CW

Post LI University.  I’d take the body wash to the shower and indulge

in a luxurious cleansing that left my man Calvin Klein’s aroma on every

inch of my body.  Then, I’d go to my room to apply Obsession lotion

all over and spray perfume on my neck, wrists and décolletage.  This is

an intense fragrance that could soon make you lose your innocence. 

                                                     



Charlie



This is a classic fragrance by Revlon. It’s one that’s strong, alluring
and quite inexpensive! It’s been around so long that you can pick up
a bottle at any pharmacy. You needn’t reapply, nor must you even try
to get one to notice it on you. For, when breezing through, eyes
will perk up and someone may ask if that enticing smell is new. Just
try it. Then buy it. I’m sure you’ll love it, too.
