In Deirdrie's Fridge #1

I bring to you 3 wonderful products that I've fallen in love with. Now, when it comes to food, there are two facets to my personality. On the one hand, I am open to trying new things. Yet on the other, I very rarely switch products once I find something that really works for me. Nonetheless, I am quite fastidious about the types of products I buy and use. Not that I only go on the high end or that I'm very thrifty either. But, unconventional prerequisites must be met before I become a loyal consumer of a new product.

Recently, I stumbled upon a scrumptious product that may replace my Silk Soy Milk. That is Silk Pure Almond Milk. The benefits of switching from my favorite soy milk to almond is that it's all natural, rich in antioxidants, and it only has 90 calories.

I initially made the switch from cow's milk to soy when my husband and I were expecting our child. Cow cloning was on the negative side of the news, not to mention one of the clones was wearing her brain outside of her head! Notwithstanding, I never stopped eating cheeses of all sorts, ice cream, milk chocolate, etc. after I switched to soy.

I now happily enjoy the taste of almond milk with my cereal, as it has 50% more calcium than cow's milk. For those of you who are lactose intolerant, Silk Almond Milk is both lactose and dairy free.

International Delight Hazelnut Coffee Creamer

I've been a lover of coffee ever since my schedule put demands on my body that only caffeine could counteract. Even though I can easily down 10 cups of Joe per day, I wasn't always a fan of it. Therefore, I require extra cream and sugar with each cup. Nowadays I rarely pull up to a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru or strut into Wawa when I want to control my own portion of French Vanilla or Hazelnut coffee.

I left my coffee maker lonely until nearly three years ago.  But during my days of flitting between buying coffee from Wawa and 7-Eleven, I stumbled upon hazelnut coffee creamer and I was eternally hooked.  Here is a fine opportunity to pull out your own coffee maker.  International Delight Hazelnut Coffee Creamer in your own refrigerator will make you rush home just to taste its sweetness inside of a hot cup of your favorite coffee.  Not only is this creamer a great alternative to clumpy, powdered creamers, it's an awesome way to keep your spouse from making numerous trips to buy individual cups from the store.

                                                                     I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
I've always been someone who loves convenience. Although I can cook everything from homemade lasagna to shrimp scampi, I don't actually enjoy cooking. I take every shortcut in the book to whip up a meal quickly.
That is why I absolutely fell in love with I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray. Convenience isn't even the word. I don't even need to pull out a butter knife. And my OCD won't get in the way as trying to remove tiny crumbs from the tub of butter is a non-issue. I must admit that my son benefits the most from this ingenious invention. He can neatly spray it onto his toast or bagel without having to dirty a knife.  Even though I continue to use Country Crock (which I've bought almost exclusively since 1994), I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray will always be a staple in our home.
