Ped Egg Pedicure Foot File, Colors may vary
If you’re a princess in your mind, like I, you believe you should be immune to suffering from calluses, corns and the like. After all, only peasants and those living a hard-knock life are doomed to acquire such hideous bodily ailments, right? Well, not exactly. For the majority of my life I’ve adorned my 6.5 inch feet with nothing less than 3 inch heeled shoes. Working in New York’s most lavish buildings and living in upscale Forest Hills, you’d better believe I never dared be seen in anything less than a pair of Enzo, Nine West, Franco Sarto or Ann Taylor shoes. I always left the house dressed to the nines (no pun intended).
Well, the price of beauty can be high; namely, classy ladies like me usually pay with our feet. Enter “as seen on TV’s” Ped Egg. For a good number of years, I wore pointy toe, high-heel shoes. My feet eventually suffered from one to three corns on my soles, dark spots on the tops of my toes, rough heels, a dark spot near my ankle bone, and mild deformation of the toes. As if it weren’t bad enough that I was born with both second toes longer than their neighboring big toes (Morton's Toe), that many say only Europeans suffer from. I can safely blame it on my Scottish ancestors if anyone happens to sneak a peek when my socks are off.
Today, my feet look more appealling. This, in part, is due to forcing myself to part from pointy toe shoes and utilizing this wonderful invention called the Ped Egg. A life-saving client of mine turned me onto it when I worked as an Estee’ Lauder Beauty Advisor, at Lord & Taylor. Don’t ask me how we began discussing feet because I can not recall. When I listened to her rave review of this product, I purchased it at my earliest convenience. I was totally impressed with its results! It gently removed all of the roughness on my heels, toes and even the calcified residue that happily latched onto my pinky toenails.
Is this product the cure-all for worn feet? Not by far, but it will transform feet that have seen better days to those that are nearly as smooth as my silky, soft skin. It only takes about 4 minutes to have drastically improved feet that should last at least one week.

* Soak and dry feet a few minutes before “ped egging” (I coined that!). This will force that rough skin to be more compliant when the removal process begins.
* Apply the Ped Egg using a slight circular fashion on stubborn calluses and week-old dry, hardened skin.
* Use very short, yet fast, strokes on the sides of toes or delicate areas.
* Do not apply too firmly, as you could bleed if you accidentally access raw skin.
* Rinse or wipe feet with a dampened washcloth following treatment.
* Finally, apply cream, lotion or oil to feet to keep them baby-soft longer.
